A new office space became available in the heart of Dornbirn, offering generous space and the potential for flexible, multi-functional use. It was the perfect opportunity for Chickroom to establish its main office, while providing Schwarz Techwith a permanent workspace. The remaining areas were designed for co-working, a showroom, or even a small store in the future.
The building, over 200 years old, had been unused for several years and required extensive renovation to bring it up to modern standards.
After the structural work was completed, the walls were painted a soft white, with ceiling spotlights creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Additional pendant lighting was added over the desks and central meeting table to highlight key areas and enhance functionality. A stylish kitchenette was installed, featuring marble countertops and gold-fronted cabinets set on black-and-white mosaic tiles. Vibrant pops of electric blue were introduced through a wall light and the entrance console, while large mounted material samples were displayed as striking wall art, adding character and a creative touch to the space.
